1-to-1 Psychotherapy

In individual (1:1) therapy sessions, I prefer to work in person; remote sessions via Zoom are also available when needed. I use an integrative, client-centred approach tailored to each person and informed by biodynamic psychology and psychotherapy, bioenergy, Eastern martial arts (for example, Shaolin), and neurofeedback.

Therapy may include traditional talking work, but it is not limited to conversation. Depending on a client’s needs, I may integrate movement, breathwork, neurofeedback, and biodynamic massage (therapeutic touch) within the session.

I am a psychotherapist with full membership of the UKCP and the EABP, and I am recognised by insurance providers including BUPA and AXA.

1-to-1 Supervision

In individual (1:1) supervision for psychotherapists — from students to fully accredited practitioners (for example, UKCP and BACP members) — sessions can be held in person or via Zoom. As a supervisor registered with the UKCP and the EABP, I offer a range of supervisory methods tailored to each supervisee’s needs. My approach draws on the integrative framework outlined in my paper “A Flexible Tapestry,” with particular attention to the effects of psychological trauma on body–mind processes.

Group Supervision

Small groups of up to four psychotherapists (from students to fully accredited practitioners recognised by bodies such as UKCP and BACP). Supervision can be offered in person or via Zoom.

I use a range of supervisory methods tailored to the needs of the group, consistent with the approach described in my paper “A Flexible Tapestry.” My work integrates multiple psychotherapeutic perspectives with particular attention to the effects of psychological trauma on body–mind processes. The supervisory space is intentionally broadened so supervisees are exposed to a wider array of cases and techniques, with integrative processes shaped by the group dynamic.
