Services
1-to-1 Psychotherapy
Sessions are usually offered in person, with Zoom available when needed. The work is integrative and client-centred, and may include talking, movement, breathwork, neurofeedback, and biodynamic massage or therapeutic touch where appropriate.
1-to-1 Supervision
Supervision for psychotherapists, from students to accredited practitioners, offered in person or on Zoom. The approach is flexible, reflective, and especially attentive to trauma and body–mind processes.
Group Supervision
Small supervision groups of up to four psychotherapists, designed to widen clinical perspective through shared cases, group process, and integrative reflection.
Tai Chi Quan Classes
Chen-Style Taijiquan is a dynamic, rooted martial art that brings together slow, flowing movement, breath, balance, strength, and sudden expressions of power. Classes offer an accessible introduction to its physical, meditative, and internal dimensions, whether you are new to Tai Chi or returning to practice.
Neurofeedback Training
A modern integration for the treatment of trauma and disorders of regulation.
Neurofeedback offers a way of working with the brain’s regulatory systems when words alone are not enough. On the training page, visitors can learn how this approach supports work with trauma, dissociation, anxiety, depression, ADHD, sleep disturbance, chronic pain, and other difficulties of regulation.
The training is presented within a psychotherapeutic frame, where neurofeedback is not a replacement for relationship but an important way of deepening and supporting it. Course details, dates, format, fees, and the application route are available on the full training page.
Writings
The writings section brings together academic publications, blog essays, and posters. It offers both formal and accessible ways to engage with Dr. Steinberg’s thinking on psychotherapy, trauma, touch, embodiment, intergenerational transmission, supervision, and clinical process.
Nebulae, the ICIBP
Nebulae, the Israeli Centre for Integrative Biodynamic Psychotherapy promotes, develops, and deepens biodynamic psychotherapy in Israel through training, research, continuing professional development, and the sharing of knowledge.
